What colours are coming out as part of the new season?

Aubergine…Teal…Metallics…Bronzes…although not all together!
There are a huge amount of colours slowly making there way into the fabric books for the upcoming seasons which is really exciting. Plums are making a huge comeback in both fabrics and wallcoverings and with the amount of bespoke rugs I’m commissioning at the moment we will be able to find all the accessories to match.
There are some really exciting changes in some of my favourite company’s lighting designs such as more heavy glass bottomed lamps in wonderful shades of pink and blue as well as some gorgeous and different pendant shades that will probably be making their way onto the retail market in the next 3 months.
Also there are more and more companies that can provide such a bespoke service that can even hand print you your own wallpaper in colours to completely match your scheme (for a price, of course!)
September is always a very exciting time for interior designers as London has come alive with London Fashion Week and now London Design Week. It’s a wonderful tiem but I am wishing I hadn’t worn heels to any of the shows!
