It’s ideal for creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere that makes you want to snuggle up in bed and forget about the outside world. In order to replicate this ambiance at home, you’ll need a wide variety of light sources at varying heights throughout the room. Avoid using downlighting, as it can be harsh and unflattering. Instead, opt for lighting at eye level, like a beautiful pendant lamp or wall washing wall lights. Our Fitzrovia project is an excellent example of such.

Avoid top-down lighting and instead, opt for wall-washing lights or recessed spots in the ceiling. These create a much softer, more welcoming light that’s perfect for creating a homely feel.
