This bijou Islington flat was dated, cramped, had issues with damp and contained very little storage. The client used it rarely, as a base near work when nights got too late, and as such had to store a lot of folders, files and books. He wanted something that was more usable for his London Interior Design project.
He required a brighter, more open space with plenty of storage that was incredibly low maintenance whilst still having a touch of personality. He also wanted it to be rental or sale friendly, should he feel that way inclined.
