I know that it is the time of year wherein budgets have been spent and the gloomy weather is no longer hidden by Christmas lights but here is a little something that might brighten up the New Year. I am a big fan of candles and this one is extra cool because of the tin that it comes in. This is an example of using one’s creativity to save money and to liven up a room. All you need is an old tin and a bit of string. For a more ‘tongue in cheek’ look one could also use a fizzy drink can – the opportunities are endless! A candle that brightens a room even when unlit has to be a good thing!
