At our office, we have an inspirational meeting planned where you’ll be introduced to our team. During this meeting, we’ll go over all your needs for your home and look at samples and any ideas you may have gathered. It’s important that our designs fit your needs in both form and function, so that you get the perfect result
Our inspirational meeting provides you with the chance to have a relaxed conversation regarding every room, future plans, how the space will be used, colours and a more thorough version of what you want and need. This process can bring up a lot of new design ideas that will be included in your updated brief and scope. It also helps us to begin to plan the process, identify and manage any specialist consultants such as structural engineers and any outside agencies that may need to be involved.

Concept Development
Bringing together the design presentation and the accompanying materials, this combination allows you to visualise how the design will fit within the parameters of the mood board, the property, and the budget. This concept development allows for the components to be linked together in a harmonious and cohesive manner.
We provide a comprehensive FF&E presentation that allows you to understand exactly what investments are needed to bring your design to life. This isn’t just an idea – it’s a plan. Our 2D drawings and 3D renders give you a clear view of what your design will look like when completed.

Creation
At Kia Designs, we strive for excellence in our projects. To ensure we create unique and flawless designs, we create and submit a comprehensive tender package for each project.
This package is then shared with a wide range of contractors who are experienced in the specific elements of the project. For instance, if the project involves a redesign, we may look for decorators who specialize in installing coving and hand-painted wall coverings.
On the other hand, if the project involves interior architecture work, we may look for contractors who can assist with building control, foundation work, and even excavation. No matter the project, the amount of detail and precision needed to create the best possible outcome is of the utmost importance.

Coordination & Delivery
Creating a harmonious and comfortable home starts long before everything has been delivered and put in place. When taking on a project, we carefully schedule the installation process to cover several days or even weeks, depending on the size of the project.
We collaborate with curtain installers, art installers, and the concierge (if there is one) to make sure the process runs smoothly and efficiently. We take the time to ensure that each item is placed in the perfect spot and that the overall aesthetic is cohesive and inviting. Our goal is for your home to feel like home from the very first moment.
