Being a London Interior Designer, you become very use to a very common theme – space is usually tight and you need to make the most of every bit of it. That’s why I often find stools a fantastic way to use space. They are very diverse in their deisgns and can often be used for more than one purpose (footstool one day and extra dining seating the next!)

This gorgeous metal stool from Graham and Green is one of my favourites – although I am yet to use it in a design!
This funky low line stool would be great as a footstool or even a coffee table in a small space apartment, plus as it’s from Bo Concept it has a huge selection of fabrics that can cover it!
