Behind the Scenes with Graff: Kia Designs Visits Poland

Last month, our team had the incredible opportunity to visit Graff’s manufacturing facility
in Poland, diving deep into the world of luxury bathroom design and craftsmanship.
Graff has long been synonymous with precision, innovation, and thoughtful design in
bathrooms, and seeing their process up close reminded us why quality is never an
accident — it’s engineered, refined, and nurtured at every stage.

Seeing Craftsmanship in Action

Walking through the factory, we were struck by the scale and attention to detail. From
the initial design concepts to the finishing touches on their fittings and fixtures, every
step emphasised precision, consistency, and excellence. It was fascinating to witness how
raw materials transform into elegant, functional pieces — faucets, showers, bathtubs —
each reflecting Graff’s commitment to innovation and timeless design.
What stood out most was the integration of technology and handcrafting. Modern CNC
machinery worked in harmony with skilled artisans who applied decades of expertise to
each component. The result: products that are both technically flawless and visually
stunning.

Being in this environment reminded us of the importance of materials, process, and story
in the spaces we create for our clients. It’s one thing to admire a beautifully designed
bathroom in a showroom; it’s another to understand the thought, precision, and
craftsmanship behind every element.
The trip also sparked fresh ideas for integrating high-quality fittings, finishes, and
