Career-Launching Residency

Work at the intersection of history and innovation. Based in the heart of London Bridge, our award-winning studio is looking for a visionary intern to join our ranks for six months of high-impact design.

You won’t be alone. You’ll be part of a hand-selected cohort of three. Together, you’ll brainstorm, solve site problems, and build a network of peers that will last your entire career.

We don’t believe in making coffee; we believe in making an impact. You’ll sit in on client presentations, participate in design selections, and see your ideas move from the sketchpad to the job site

Kia Stanford

Design Resident (6-Month Tenure)

We select only three residents per intake to ensure a high-touch, collaborative environment. You aren't just joining a studio; you are joining a curated peer group of future design leaders.

You are applying to be Design Resident (6-Month Tenure)

Work at the intersection of history and innovation. Based in the heart of London Bridge, our award-winning studio is looking for a visionary intern to join our ranks for six months of high-impact design. We don’t believe in internships that just 'observe'—we believe in internships that build. Our 6-month residency is designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and high-end practice through three distinct pillars: Pillar I: The Technical Foundation. You’ll move beyond 'pretty pictures' to master our Studio DNA. You’ll learn how to produce buildable construction sets, detailed joinery, and electrical layouts that contractors actually use on-site. Pillar II: Materiality & Sourcing. You’ll swap Pinterest for the physical world. From the showrooms of Chelsea Harbour to the artisans of Clerkenwell, you’ll learn the 'Couture' side of design—mastering lead times, fire ratings, and bespoke specifications. Pillar III: The Narrative & Delivery. You’ll assist in high-stakes client pitches, learn to defend design choices, and finally head to the site to see your drawings become reality during the 'snagging' and styling phase.
