The brief

Make a brand-new but bland apartment look really good, without spending money where it doesn't show.

The work ran in stages around the client's plans, so we drew up the whole apartment first. Seeing the finished look from day one meant every stage fitted the next.

What we changed

Bathroom

The guest bathroom swapped its bath for a walk-in shower, finished in dramatic black marble.

Kitchen

The open kitchen was enclosed, giving the living space a clearer shape.

Redesigned from scratch, with geometric art and calm, layered textures.

Battersea interior design: what to plan for

Most of our Battersea work is in new-build apartments along the river and period houses near the park. In the new developments, the managing agent sets the rules on working hours, deliveries and lift bookings. We plan for all of this from the first meeting, and can phase the work so it fits around your plans.
