Interior design in Marylebone
Marylebone interior design from first sketch to handover: how we redesigned a two-bedroom penthouse's lounge and dining space, and what we'd do for yours.
Make the main room stop you in your tracks the moment you walk in. And get the finishes already in the flat working together, instead of against each other.
Ripping everything out wasn't the answer. We kept what was worth keeping and built a calm, neutral scheme around it.
The lounge and dining area were reworked into two clear zones: one for dinners, one for sinking into the sofa.
New finishes pick up the colours and textures already in the penthouse, so old and new read as one scheme.
Layered lighting takes the room from bright afternoon to low evening light at the touch of a button.
Sculptural furniture, large artworks and custom textiles, chosen to look collected over time rather than bought in one go.

Most of our work here is in apartments, mews houses and Georgian terraces. Most of the area falls under Westminster, with several conservation areas and many listed buildings, and apartments also need freeholder and managing agent approvals. We build these into the programme from the start, so the build isn't held up waiting for sign-off.
We've been designing London homes for 18 years. In that time, our bathrooms and kitchens have won national awards. The first conversation is free, and we can usually meet within a few days.
