Award-winning bathroom design in London: principal en-suites, family bathrooms, shower rooms and WCs.
Bathrooms are small rooms with a lot of decisions in them. Tiles, stone, sanitaryware, glass, joinery, lighting, ventilation, heating, all in a few square metres, all needing to be right before the tiler starts. We have been doing bathroom design in London houses and flats for over 18 years, and they are the part of our work that has won the most awards.

A douche spray specified for a WC would not fit beside the cistern, so we checked it on site before anyone ordered it. A powder room came out smaller than drawn, so we had the wall lights moved 3cm from each edge so the glass team could template the mirror. Bathroom glass and stone arrived on different weeks, so we re-sequenced the mirrors, taps and lighting and told the client exactly what would follow and when.
Can you design just one bathroom? Bathrooms are usually part of a wider project for us, but tell us what you have in mind and we will be straight with you about whether we are the right fit.
Do I need permission to change a bathroom in a flat? Often, yes. Most buildings need a Licence to Alter or building-management consent, especially if drainage, walls or ventilation change, and some work also needs Building Regulations approval. We prepare the information.
What does it cost? See our pricing page for how our fees work.
