What's included

Layout and plumbing

Where everything goes, and whether the drainage, ventilation and floor build-up let it go there.

Stone and surfaces

Marble, limestone, terrazzo or microcement, chosen for how they will wear, not just how they photograph.

Bespoke joinery

Vanities and storage drawn to fit, so nothing lives on the windowsill.

Lighting and heat

Layered, dimmable lighting, underfloor heating and heated towel rails planned together.

Waterproofing

Specified properly from the start. In a flat, a leak is your neighbour's ceiling.

Ordering and site

We source the brassware, sanitaryware and stone, and check the install as it happens.

How it works

A bathroom can be a project on its own or part of a whole-home refurbishment. Either way, it is planned with the same care, and it starts with a free first conversation.

  1. 01Survey and brief. We see the room, check what's behind the walls where we can, and agree what you want from it.
  2. 02Design. Drawings, elevations and a full specification, with samples you can hold.
  3. 03Ordering. Stone and brassware often have the longest lead times, so we order early.
  4. 04Installation. With your builder or ours, checked against the drawings as it goes in.

Bathroom questions

Can I have a wet room in a flat?

Often, yes, but it depends on the floor construction, the drainage fall and your lease. We check all three before designing one.
